THE BOOKING PROCESS

- An assigned Account Manager will diligently oversee all incoming private event leads, ensuring a swift response time of within 20 minutes, accompanied by a comprehensive event proposal.
- Manage and facilitate E-signature for contracts and event orders.
- Efficiently collect outstanding balances, processed online the day following each event.
- Ensure the successful closure of all events.
- Clients are afforded access to an exclusive planning portal, providing a centralized platform for reviewing their Banquet Event Order, endorsing proposals, and facilitating secure payment transactions.
FEES
- One-time setup fee: Varies (based on the number of venues to be activated).
- Your clients pay an Admin Fee, calculated as a percentage of the subtotal before tax and gratuity. This fee is utilized by The Company to cover overhead, operational, and administrative expenses. To ensure smooth operations, ESMD requests bi-weekly payment of the admin fee.
